Terms and Conditions Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IntegriShield’s services (“Service”), you (“Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Service Description
IntegriShield provides online software and subscription-based services (“SaaS Product”). Service details, features, and expected outcomes are described at integrishield.com.
3. Fees, Payments & Refunds
All subscription fees, pricing tiers, billing intervals, renewal charges, upgrade/downgrade fees, and applicable taxes are detailed during sign-up and visible in your account dashboard.
Payment methods accepted include credit cards and ACH via secure gateway.
Payments are due in advance for each subscription period.
Refund and cancellation rules are detailed in Section 8.
Customer is responsible for providing up-to-date payment information for recurring billing.
4. Billing Authorization and Automatic Renewals
You authorize IntegriShield to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees, including recurring subscription renewals until canceled. Advance email notification will be sent before any renewal or price change.
5. Fraud Prevention & Verification
Payment transactions undergo security validation (AVS, CVV, device fingerprinting, 3D Secure, and automated fraud detection). Suspicious or unauthorized activity may result in order cancellation or account suspension.
6. Records and Delivery Confirmation
Each transaction generates a confirmation email, and service delivery is tracked via digital use logs (login history, feature usage). These records may be used to resolve any payment disputes.
7. No Chargeback Commitment
You agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes without first contacting IntegriShield to resolve any billing issues. Failure to do so may result in temporary account suspension or termination.
Note: Nothing in this clause limits a consumer’s statutory rights.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the online account dashboard or by contacting support at support@integrishield.com. Cancellations are confirmed by email. Refund eligibility and process are based on our published refund policy
Refund Policy
Overview
At IntegriShield, customer satisfaction is a priority. This Refund Policy explains the situations in which refunds are granted, the steps to request a refund, and applicable timeframes.
Eligibility for Refunds
No refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions once a billing cycle has started, unless there are verified technical failures. If key features are removed or materially changed, affected customers may request a prorated refund. Refunds for promotional plans or limited-time offers follow terms stated at the time of purchase. Add-on services, setup fees, and custom integrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team via support@integrishield.com with your account details and reason for the request. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) days from the original purchase date. All cancellation and refund requests will be confirmed via email for your records.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Policy Changes
IntegriShield reserves the right to amend this policy with prior notice. Policy updates will be posted on our website and communicated to active subscribers.
9. Customer Support and Escalation
IntegriShield provides support via support@integrishield.com, responding to billing inquiries and service issues promptly. Complaints or disputes can be escalated by contacting help@integrishield.com.
10. Data Retention and Evidence
We retain payment authorization records, communications, service delivery logs, and client agreement confirmations as evidence for chargeback and dispute resolution.
11. Intellectual Property, Limitations, and Amendments
All Service content, software, and related materials are property of IntegriShield. Liability is limited as specified by law; warranties are disclaimed to the extent permitted. Terms subject to change with prior notification.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kansas.
13. Dispute Resolution
Dispute Resolution Process: The Parties will meet and confer in good faith to work together to resolve problems or disputes that may arise. In the event a dispute arises between the parties involving the provisions or interpretation of any term or condition of the Agreement, and if both parties desire to attempt to resolve the dispute prior to termination or expiration of the Agreement, or withholding payments, then the parties may refer the issue to a mutually-agreeable dispute resolution process.
Any controversy, dispute, or claim of any nature arising out of, in connection with, or in relation to the interpretation, performance, enforcement, or breach of this Contract (and any closing document executed in connection herewith), including any claim based on contract, tort, or statute, shall be resolved at the written request of any party to this Contract by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be administered in accordance with the then-current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any matter to be settled by arbitration shall be submitted to the American Arbitration Association in the state in which the Property is located. The parties shall attempt to designate one arbitrator from the American Arbitration Association. If they are unable to do so within 30 days after written demand therefor, then the American Arbitration Association shall designate an arbitrator. The arbitration shall be final and binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrator shall award attorneys' fees (including those of in-house counsel) and costs to the prevailing party and charge the cost of arbitration to the party which is not the prevailing party.
