Payment Authorization Policy 

By subscribing and entering payment details, Client expressly consents as follows: 

1. IntegriShield is authorized to charge the specified payment method for all fees, including recurring subscription charges, upgrades, and renewals, at the pre-selected billing interval. 

2. Charges are processed automatically unless service is canceled in accordance with Section 8 of the Terms. 

3. Client acknowledges responsibility for maintaining accurate billing information. 

4. Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks, reversals, or disputes unless first attempting resolution with IntegriShield per Section 7 of the Terms. 

5. Automated fraud screening is in effect, and suspicious payments may be declined or investigated. 

6. Delivery confirmation and service usage logs will be retained as evidence for any disputed payments. 

7. This Payment Authorization remains valid until revoked by the Client in writing and after all obligations and outstanding payments are settled.
